FAQ
I've had a lot of questions asked of me lately, and some of them have been repeats. To cut down on the time I spend on notes, I've decided to start an FAQ here. Please read this before you send a note asking me a question. If you do send me a note, and the answer is available here, I will probably ignore your note. You've been warned well in advance.
Question: Can I turn your art into layouts/avatars/icons/signatures/tubes/etc. etc.?
Answer: No. If I want to make my art available as anything other then what I've already submitted, I will do it myself. There is also the fact that most of the stock I use is allowed to be used on dA, but is not allowed to be used outside of dA. Please respect my, and the stock artists', wishes. I will report copyright violation if I see anything done with my artwork that I have not allowed.
Question: Do you have a stock account?
Answer: Yes, actually, I do.

Question: Do I have to comment if I fave one of your pieces?
Answer: No, you don't. I don't expect every single person who ever faves one of my artworks to make a comment. I enjoy getting comments, and I enjoy getting faves; I am not going to ask people to give me both. 
I don't always comment either - usually because other people have already said what I would've said, or because I can't come up with anything better then "good job!". I have little free time, I'm not going to spend it making inane comments.
Question: Will you do commissions? How much will you charge?
Answer: Yes, I will. Commission prices will depend on whether or not I have to buy products for your commission, and how much those products cost me. If I have to buy products that are over $10 (and I mean each, not total), you will have to give me the money for those products up front. Those products will not be added to the final total. I must receive full payment before I will submit the artwork as a print so that you can buy it. You can pay me by money order or through Paypal. What can I say? I'm a single, stay-at-home mom. In other words, I don't have the money to spend.
Question: What does requesting a commission mean? What will happen?
Answer: Well, for example, say you want a picture of a prince fighting a dragon while protecting a lady. If you don't tell me any other details, I will assume everything else is up to me. I will make Michael 3 a prince, but I'll have to buy him princely clothes; that'll cost you, the person requesting the commission, $___ amount of dollars upfront. You want the lady to be Victoria 4.2, but I don't have any medieval/renaissance clothes for her - that's another $___ amount of dollars upfront. Plus paying me for my time to put it all together. Before I start working on a commission, I will ask you detailed questions and come up with the price beforehand. We'll try to work it out to where it's affordable for you.
Question: What products do you have for DAZ Studio? Which ones do you want?
Answer: The current products I have and use are listed here; my wishlists for a few different websites are here. Keep in mind those wish lists are not complete - there may be things on there that I do want, but in order to keep it down to a manageable level, I won't be adding every single thing I want.
Question: If you do a commission for me, will it be made available to everyone?
Answer: That depends entirely on you. You have several options - you can allow no one else but yourself to have a print of it. You can change your mind later down the road - weeks, months, years - and have me make it available to everyone. Or you can allow it to be available for everyone right off the bat. You can not, however, sell the commission in your own store. It may be something that was made by request for you, that you paid for, but I am the one who took the time to do it and is copyrighted to me. If my artwork is sold by someone else, I will report it as a copyright violation.
Question: What programs do you use?
Answer: I use DAZ Studio for my 3D renders; I use Paint Shop Pro 7, Paint Shop Pro Photo 12, Adobe Photoshop 6 & CS, and Macromedia Fireworks for postwork and digital art.
Question: Will you become part of a promo team for DAZ Studio/Poser products?
Answer: Sure, I'd love to! I have Aiko 3, Apollo Maximus, Hiro 3, Michael 3, Victoria 3, Victoria 4 and Victoria 4.2. Just send me a note and we'll discuss it further.
