I'm in a bad mood... my three-month-old nephew has been in the hospital since Sunday, and they don't know what's wrong with him. Last time someone told me his temperature, it was 103.6. Because of the high fever, there is the possibility of brain damage if it goes on too long, or death. He's had a fever since Friday... it doesn't look good right now. They had to put an IV in his head... I really wish I could get that image out of my head.
This is my first animal photomanipulation. I made it to try and get my mind off of my nephew for awhile, but it didn't work. Also is my first attempt at a shadow. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "And the river rolled and the night got cold But you held me close and you warmed my soul." Thanks for using my stock, and prints are fine It looks great, I love the color tone. Good shadow for a first try, too! Just make sure that you look and the other shadows in the background first, in order to match the lighting properly. The pony's shadow is much darker and more defined than those of the trees on the pathway. Also check the direction of the shadows, you can see especially by those skinny shadows in front of her, that the pony's shadow is just tinsy bit off. I hope you don't mind a bit constructive criticism, I do like the piece!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
