This one took me a few hours to do, and I still don't think it's done. This was a challenge for me, because I was only letting myself using stock from =Cat-in-the-Stock. You see all those pillars? I cut out in between those because I wanted a different background. The picture of the water had houses and stuff on it, so I used the Clone Stamp Tool to get rid of them. The light was rendered with Photoshop. This is another entry for =Cat-in-the-Stock's and =little-stock's contest, A New Dawn.
